The Breathwork Effect

Event Overview

The Breathwork Effect is a free, 3-day virtual breathwork retreat featuring Breath of Gold® graduates and the ways they are creating healing, impact, and expansion through breathwork.

Each morning will begin with a full live circular connected breathwork journey. Each evening will feature live graduate conversations and teachings connected to that day’s theme.

Ways to Participate

There are 2 ways to participate:

Morning Breathwork Facilitator
Three graduates will each lead one full live circular connected breathwork journey.

The three speakers who generate the most verified event registrations will receive these spots:

1st place leads Day 1
2nd place leads Day 2
3rd place leads Day 3

Evening Live Conversation + Teaching
Six graduates will be featured each day. Each speaker will receive approximately 20 minutes to share their graduate story, teach on a topic connected to the day’s theme, and participate live.

The three daily themes are:

Day 1: Healing
Day 2: Impact
Day 3: Expansion

Promotion Requirements

Selected speakers will be asked to share:

3 emails
3 social media posts
Several social media story posts
Personal invitations to relevant people in their community

Our promotional goal is 30 registrations per speaker.

PLEASE NOTE: Promotion is a meaningful part of how we create an incredible experience for every attendee. When our affiliates share the event with their communities, we all win — more women get access to this activation, and your visibility grows alongside ours.

We ask that every participant be genuinely excited to share this event. If your schedule, your audience, or your bandwidth does not allow for promotion during the promo window (The Breathwork Effect), this may not be the right fit right now — and that is completely okay. We would love to have you in a future event when the timing is better.
